Originally a GreenThumb site; a Lots-For-Tots park/playground opened in 1988 with funding from the Lila Wallace-Reader's Digest Community Fund's Inc., through Plant-A-Lot of the Council on the Environment of New York City. This site was used by the neighboring child care center for many years. Now an inactive site, mature ornamental trees and shrubs are all that remain.
