Round Hill Community Garden

We believe that a Community Garden is a first, easy step in adjusting to a world in which easy, cheap food is not guaranteed, citizens are disconnected from their neighbors, and our children are deprived of valuable connections to the natural world which supports us.

Advantages of a community garden include: preserving town green space beautifying and enriching the neighborhood reducing stress and improving mental health of participants encouraging exposure and connecting to nature opportunity for positive social interaction and building community opportunity to adopt and nurture surrounding wetlands opportunity to grow and donate food to the local food bank providing a safe learning space for children and adults
