Abington Community Garden

A 2 acre section of former farmland will once again supply local families with produce and even flowers by this spring & summer. A Community Garden project organized by the Abington Area Join Recreation Board will give local families the opportunity to rent sections of the garden, and participate in joint cultivation, planting and watering strategies.

Winter and spring classes and seminars are planned at the Abington Community Library to help broaden and deepen the understanding of how to get the most return from a limited space.
